Policy cancellation of classes

It will apply to all types of classes offered:

Cancellation with 48 hours’ notice (Spanish time)

If you are unable to attend your class, please, let me know at least 48 hours before the start of it and you will not be charged.

Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice (Spanish time)

If you notify me less than 48 hours before the class starts, you will be charged.

No show

Not showing up is when you don’t sign in to Skype or communicate with me at the time of the lesson. In this case, I will send you a reminder by email or whatsapp and wait for you for at least 15 minutes. If after that time you do not contact me, you will be charged for the class.

Late (but within the first 15 minutes)

If you are late for a session, but within the first 15 minutes, the class will go ahead, but you will have lost these minutes.
